I don't know about you guys, but I love Ted Talks. The link below is to one a friend sent me, and it literally made my day. I think part of the draw was that this woman (Brene Brown) is a self-described researcher/storyteller. One the one hand, this pleases the side of me that has been rigorously trained to reject anything that does not have firm grounding in research... and on the other, it satisfies the side of me that just wants to hear an authentic story.
